I really enjoyed The Legend of Aang, such a shame it got leaked 2 weeks early. The movie was beautifully animated, wonderful fight choreo, stunning backgrounds. It expands on the culture and history of airbending and air nomads. It felt like such a love letter to the original series and cast, I really love how it navigated Aang's survivor's guilt, his love for his people and culture long gone. It's also a great showing of his virtues and beliefs he holds close, how he embodies what it meant to be an air nomad, what they stood for.

Very beautiful, but so many scenes were unnecessary and added absolutely nothing to the story. The final battle could have been an email. Story-wise, very mediocre -- but at least it was pretty.
